This document outlines the Returns and Refunds policy for JonoKnife.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

In compliance with UK consumer rights, we offer exchanges for any faulty products.

In addition, we accept customer returns up to 14 days of receiving goods as long as they have not been used. Once returned, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Your item/s must be in the original packaging. Your item/s needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, which can simply be a copy of your invoice. Also, you can get into contact with us through our “Contact Us” section on our website to initiate an exchange. We provide a returns / exchange document, which we will send to you, that will assist us with ensuring prompt return of Fees or Goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
